Meet Adam Haenel
Adam Haenel is a litigator whose practice includes criminal defense and civil litigation. He is dedicated to protecting the constitutional rights of individuals accused of crimes and to achieving effective outcomes for clients involved in civil disputes. His approach emphasizes careful preparation, strategic advocacy, and responsive client service.
Originally from New York, Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. He began his legal career in insurance defense, representing clients throughout the greater New York City area, before broadening his experience through complex multidistrict and class action litigation on behalf of injured plaintiffs.
Drawn to the courtroom and the opportunity to advocate directly for individuals, he transitioned to criminal defense as a public defender in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, where he gained extensive courtroom experience handling both felony and misdemeanor cases. This diverse litigation background provides him with a well-rounded perspective on litigation, negotiation, and trial advocacy.
Today, Adam is admitted to practice law in Oregon, Florida, and New York. He is proud to call Oregon home, where he enjoys the balance of a rewarding legal career and exceptional access to the outdoors. He values the broader perspective his travel experiences have provided and the opportunity to serve clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
