Meet  Katie Berg 

Katie’s range of experience and strong commitment to her community make her feel right at home in the courtroom and empower her to be an effective advocate for families, businesses, and individuals alike. Although Katie does not shy from zealous courtroom advocacy, she is a skilled negotiator and adept at resolving cases to meet her client’s best interests. Katie feels particularly passionate about making sure parties in family law cases are treated fairly while navigating the dissolution of their relationships.

Before joining Medford Law Group, Katie served as a Deputy District Attorney for Lane County, as an associate attorney at HWS Law Group LLP specializing in complex commercial and construction defect litigation, and, most recently, as an Assistant Attorney General in the Oregon Department of Justice Child Advocacy and Protection Division here in Medford.

When she’s not at work, Katie loves spending time with her husband, Neal, and their son and dog. Katie also loves hiking, soccer, and a good croissant.
